StoneTech Heavy Duty Coating Stripper Removes Tough Coatings from Stone Floors

    Heavy Duty Coating Stripper Directions:

  • Test in a small inconspicuous area to determine the effectiveness, desired results and the most appropriate dwell time required to remove tough coatings or epoxy grout residue.
  • Effectively removes epoxy grout residue, lacquer, shellac, acrylic, paints, varnish and other tough coatings.
  • On especially heavy coatings, multiple applications and longer dwell times may be necessary.
  • Make sure all surfaces to be stripped are swept or vacuumed to remove loose debris.
  • Mask off any baseboards and adjacent areas to avoid splashing and drips onto areas not intended to be stripped.
  • Do not walk on surface during use as floor will be very slippery.
  • Do not get on vinyl floors.
  • DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS.
  1. Apply an even coat using a solvent-resistant paintbrush, roller or deckbrush.
  2. Allow stripper to stay on surface for at least 10-60 minutes.
  3. For tough coatings longer dwell times may be necessary.
  4. Coating Stripper will continue to work for up to 24 hours.
  5. Agitate with a non-abrasive, nylon brush or floor machine as needed.
  6. Remove using a sponge, wet/dry vacuum or damp mop.
  7. Dispose of removed coating and stripper properly.
  8. Treat similar to household paint.
  9. Rinse area well with clean water.
  10. Clean tools with water.
  11. To prevent staining, after complete drying, seal the surface with StoneTech™ Heavy Duty Impregnator Pro Stone, Tile & Grout Sealer.
  12. For regular maintenance and additional protection, use StoneTech™ Daily Use Revitalizer™ Stone & Tile Cleaner and Protector or StoneTech Professional All Purpose Stone & Tile Cleaner.

Use Concentration:
Heavy Duty Stripper: Full Strength
Light Duty: 1:1 with water.

Coverage: Approximately 100-400 square feet per gallon.
