Bane-Clene® Institute is a unique carpet cleaning school devoted to the concept that "nothing is constant except change." Content of classes actually changes every month to incorporate the latest developments in the economy and the industry.
The three-day classes are held with an intense classroom and hands-on curriculum. Highly skilled instructors cover a myriad of subjects. Every class is based on the actual experiences of our service business in Indianapolis.
The camaraderie and friendships that develop are invaluable to every individual, as people from around the world share their experience and knowledge. Students receive a registered certificate, suitable for framing, upon the successful completion of the course. Catered luncheons, gifts and many valuable handouts make this an enjoyable learning experience.
A detailed map of Indianapolis with nearby hotels and their rates will be sent to you with the confirmation of your registration.

Mr Bane,
First I'd like to say thanks to you for a great 3 days at Bane-Clene Institute. And even though you must be well aware of the best qualities of your people, I thought I'd pass along a few comments to you regarding my observations.
Bill Bane, Jr., is probably the best communicator and easiest person to talk to. He is very down to earth for a person in such a high position.
Kevin Stark seems to be one of the go to guys that helps to hold the place together. "Irreplaceable" I guess would be the right word for Kevin.
Dan Willis spent his break times answering my (and others) commercial maintenance sales questions. I appreciate the extra effort and knowledge he gave us. The information he provided on picking up commercial accounts could be the difference between success and failure.
Don Terry is a genius and his $9.99 Oriental Rug construction & maintenance DVD is great. I've watched it 3 times.
And you already know how much I like Ron Baker. I'm still amazed that he was on your 1969 state championship baseball team and was so close to becoming a pro!
Oka Negley is just plain likeable! If you can't get along with her you can't get along with anybody.
And last but not least, I think your book, We did it their way, is great and reads like Beating the Street by Peter Lynch, which is one of my all time favorites.
Congratulations on building such a great, winning team!
Kevin Pierce, East St. Louis, Illinois
